Terms and Conditions for Gift Card Offer

1. Validity:

   • The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

   • Unused hours will expire after the validity period.

2. Usage:

   • The gift card can only be used for cleaning services provided by our company.

   • The 10 hours can be split into multiple sessions, subject to scheduling availability.

3. Booking and Availability:

   • All cleaning sessions must be booked in advance.

   • Services are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Service Area:

   • The gift card is valid for properties within our designated service areas in London.

   • Additional charges may apply for properties outside the service area.

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:

   • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

   • The gift card is transferable to another recipient with prior notice but cannot be split between multiple users.

6. Cancellation Policy:

   • Booked sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

   • Late cancellations may result in a deduction of the booked hours from the gift card balance.

7. Additional Services:

   • Any services exceeding the 10-hour limit will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

8. Limitations:

   • The gift card cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or offers.

   • The cardholder is responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed time.

9. Changes and Updates:

   • The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

   • Updates will be communicated via our website or upon request.
